Yes. We offer flexible packages — hourly, half-day, full-day, multi-day, weekend, monthly, and annual rentals — to suit every need, whether it is a quick city errand or a long-term corporate requirement.

Yes. We accommodate short-notice bookings, sometimes with as little as an hour’s notice, subject to availability. For the best chance of getting your preferred vehicle, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.

No account is required. You can book directly by phone, WhatsApp, email, or the website form. For corporate clients with recurring travel, we can set up a managed account with consolidated billing.

Once payment is received you get a confirmation with your booking ID by SMS and email. Closer to your pick-up time, we share your chauffeur’s name and contact number along with the vehicle details.

Yes. We can arrange child seats, booster seats, and luggage carriers. Please request these at the time of booking so we can assign a suitable vehicle. Additional charges may apply.

Rates depend on the vehicle type, package duration, kilometres covered, and any extra services. Some packages bundle tolls, parking, and taxes; others itemise them. Ask us for a detailed, transparent quote before you confirm — we are all about clarity.

Depending on your package, tolls, parking, and inter-state permits may be included or billed separately. You receive receipts and evidence for all such charges on your final invoice, so there are no hidden surprises.

We accept secure online payments through our Razorpay link (cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets), as well as bank transfer and corporate invoicing for business accounts. A secure payment link is shared at the time of booking.

Most bookings are confirmed against advance payment via the secure online link. For corporate and long-term contracts, we offer credit terms and monthly invoicing. We will tell you the exact terms with your quote.

Yes. We provide proper GST-compliant invoices for every booking, which is especially useful for corporate clients claiming travel expenses. Share your company’s GST details at the time of booking.

No. Tipping is entirely optional, though it is always appreciated for exceptional service.

For solo or city travel, a sedan such as the Dzire or Etios is ideal. For families or small groups, an Innova Crysta or Hycross offers comfort and luggage space. For weddings and VIP occasions, choose the Mercedes S-Class or BMW Gran Limousine. For larger groups, the Force Urbania or Toyota Hiace seats up to 13. For standard sedans and SUVs, 24 hours’ notice is usually enough. For luxury cars, weddings, large groups, EVs, or peak travel dates, we recommend booking several days to a few weeks ahead to guarantee your preferred vehicle.

You can modify or reschedule your booking using your booking ID. Cancellations within four hours of pick-up may incur a fee. Please contact us as early as possible so we can assist and minimise any charges.

No. If a delay or non-arrival is on our side, you are not penalised. We maintain a Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery policy that lets us dispatch a prompt replacement vehicle to keep disruption to a minimum.

Yes. Our vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking for your safety and our operational reliability. For privacy, this tracking data is not shared with customers or bookers except in an emergency.

You are responsible for your belongings, and we will make our best effort to locate and return any lost items. However, Sudarshan Cars cannot be held liable for lost or damaged belongings, so please double-check the vehicle before you leave.

We do not currently offer onboard Wi-Fi as a standard feature. For specific requirements, mention it when booking and we will tell you what can be arranged.
