2. Can I book by the hour, day, or even longer?

Absolutely! We offer flexible packages—hourly, full day, multi-day, monthly, and annual rentals—to suit every need.

3. Can I book at the last minute?

Yes—you can! We accommodate short-notice bookings (even with just an hour’s notice) based on availability. But for your best chance at your preferred car, booking 24 hours in advance is recommended.

4. Can I request extras like a child seat or extra luggage space?

Definitely! We can arrange child seats, booster seats, and luggage carriers—just let us know at the time of booking (additional charges apply).

5. How do I reach the chauffeur?

Once confirmed, we’ll share your chauffeur’s contact details. You can connect directly, or call our 24×7 support at +91-22-695-84100 for assistance.

6. Can I book for intercity travel with a chauffeur?

Yes! We provide safe, comfortable chauffeur-driven vehicles for intercity trips. Tell us your route and duration, and we’ll suggest the best package (minimum day charges may apply).

7. How are tolls and parking handled?

Depending on your package, tolls and parking may be included or billed separately. You’ll receive evidence/receipts for all such charges on your final invoice.

8. How are rates calculated?

Rates vary by vehicle type, duration, km covered, and any extra services. Some packages include tolls, parking, and taxes; others itemize them. Just ask for a detailed quote—we’re all about transparency.

9. Can I request a specific chauffeur?

If you’ve had a great experience with a previous chauffeur, we’ll do our best to arrange them again—subject to availability.

10. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

You can modify your booking using your booking ID. Cancellation within four hours of pick-up may incur a fee—please contact us promptly so we can assist.

11. Is tipping mandatory?

Not at all—tipping is purely optional, though always appreciated for exceptional service.

12. Can I add extra stops during my trip?

Yes, our chauffeurs are flexible. Additional stops within the scheduled time/distance are generally free; extended hours or extra distance may incur costs.

13. Is Wi-Fi available in the cars?

Currently, we do not offer Wi-Fi onboard.

Yes—our vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking for your safety and our operational reliability, however, this tracking data isn’t shared with the customers or bookers unless in an emergency.

19. What if the car breaks down or has technical issues during the trip?

We maintain a Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Policy, enabling us to provide prompt replacements and ensure minimal disruption.
